Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I found Darcy through a local website and a few strong recommendations and I can confidently say he is one of the most genuine and professional tradespeople I’ve dealt with.

From the outset, Darcy was incredibly responsive with quoting and scheduling and he delivered exactly as promised. His work is outstanding, his pricing is very fair, and his communication throughout the entire process was excellent.

He completed a wide range of work for us, including kitchen plumbing, outdoor shower installation, all bathroom plumbing, gas connection for a new fireplace, relocating drains, and connecting all appliances seamlessly.

Everything was done to a high standard with no fuss. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend Darcy to anyone looking for a reliable and top-quality plumber.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would highly recommend Best Plumb! They were prompt, professional, and extremely communicative. They fixed several issues quickly and even took the time to explain the solution in simple terms. Best of all, they cleaned up thoroughly afterward. It's a relief to find a tradie you feel comfortable with in your home. Darcy was honest about the costs and provided an upfront fixed quote before starting. They are reliable, knowledgeable, and just great to deal with.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Darcy at Best Plumb did a fantastic job. We asked for help installing a new toilet, Darcy was more than happy to have a look at our current connections and was able to fit the job in quickly once we were ready. New toilet looks great and Darcy left the place spotless after finishing the instal.
